For space owners

What it takes to list a workspace well, price it clearly and keep it filled.

Getting listed

Four steps, in the order they matter.

  1. 1

    Create the listing

Add the name of the space, the address, opening hours and every way to reach you.

A space with no hours and no phone number reads as closed, whatever else the page says.

  2. 2

    Price every plan

State each plan on its own line with its price, its period and how many people it takes.

One figure with no period attached is the fastest way to lose someone comparing you against three other spaces.

  3. 3

    Show the room

Photograph what someone will actually sit in, in daylight, with the lights on.

Wide shots of an empty room say less than one honest photo of a desk in use.

  4. 4

    Answer quickly

Enquiries and reservation requests land in your dashboard and your inbox.

The first reply usually wins the booking, so treat a slow reply as a lost one.

What moves the needle

The things that separate a listing that fills from one that sits.

Photos that get clicked

Lead with the room people will work in, not the reception desk. Shoot in daylight, keep the frame straight, and include at least one photo showing scale, so the size is not a guess.

Pricing that compares well

Name each plan for what it is, give it a period, and say how many people it covers. Someone weighing a monthly desk against a day pass should not have to work out which is which.

Amenities worth listing

Tick only what you actually provide. Fast internet, a quiet call space and reliable power are what get asked about; a long list padded with things you half-have costs you trust on arrival.

Handling enquiries

Answer with a price and a next step, not just availability. Where you cannot host someone, say so plainly — a fast no keeps a good reputation better than a slow maybe.

Let people try it first

Offer a short tour or a single trial day. Committing to a monthly plan sight unseen is a lot to ask, and one visit is usually all it takes to decide.

Keeping details current

Prices, hours and capacity drift. Stale details cause cancellations and bad reviews for a space that did nothing wrong, so revisit the listing whenever anything changes.
