Using cowork.am
cowork.am is a directory that helps you discover and compare coworking spaces. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a space.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use cowork.am.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you register.
Space listings
Coworking space owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish, including descriptions, prices, terms and availability.
cowork.am may check or moderate listings, but does not guarantee the completeness of the published information, the continued availability of a space, or the quality of its service.
Enquiries and bookings
Enquiries and booking requests sent through cowork.am are a means of direct communication between you and the space concerned.
Any arrangement, payment, cancellation, refund or other condition is agreed solely between you and the space owner. cowork.am takes no part in those processes and does not handle payments on behalf of a space.
Content and user reviews
Users undertake to publish only accurate, honest and respectful content.
cowork.am has the right to remove material that may be false, misleading or offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.
Limitation of liability
cowork.am provides the service on an "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cowork.am is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site, the choice of a space, or services received through a space.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any dispute relating to these terms is subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes to these terms
cowork.am may amend or update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means that you accept the new terms.
